Reception rooms

Enter the property through the Conservatory into an open central hallway which leads through to the comfortable, relaxing sitting room overlooking the garden.

This room features a cosy wood-burner and 50” flatscreen Smart TV. Settle down with a cup of tea and enjoy browsing through our expansive selection of books. Or enjoy a glass of wine while appreciating the beautiful sunsets from the patio and conservatory

Eating and Dining

The dining/kitchen also leads off the central hallway. Your south facing dining room features a large oak table and enjoy views from the patio doors over the garden and countryside beyond.

On warmer days open the doors and dine outside on the decking.  The dining area flows through to the fitted kitchen with double oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer.

Just off the kitchen is the utility/boot room with sink, washing machine and clothes airer.

Outdoor Space...

Our self-catering holiday cottage is surrounded by lovely gardens.  Your front garden is lawned and treelined.  Benefiting an extensive patio it has a table and chairs where you can sit outside and enjoy a drink whilst watching the sunset.  Room 4 has patio doors which open onto decking with a pergola climbing with clematis and fragrant roses.

The rear garden faces south and is lawned and dotted with trees.  The dining room has patio doors which open onto decking with a table and chairs enjoying the superb views overs fields with sheep and horses grazing. From here appreciate the many garden and field birds,
